$300 - $350 ---- For horses requiring stalling on a daily basis.
20 x 12 Stalls (Double Stall) with secure sliding doors.
Horse CAM for your stall.
Stalls cleaned daily, stripped and bedding replaced as needed.
Daily feeding - pellets and hay (special feeds and suppliments available)*.
Daily turnout seven days a week (weather permiting). Paddocks with board fences.
Large water tanks in paddocks are filled as needed and cleaned to keep water as fresh as possible.
Fans on request.
Trace mineral block in each paddock.
Partial/Pasture Board

$275 - $325 (negotiable)---- For horses who prefer to be out but require their own stall.
Paddocks with board fences.
Horses remain out except extreme weather, heatlh confinement , etc. as necessary.
